Some said a good way to relieve the boredom and make it more challenging as well as fun was to compete against others online (apparently in general the experienced rowers are kind to newbies!). For this you will need the relevant software package of course.} No-one complained about the price, which surprised me – I guess quality is the key as far as Concept buyers are concerned. Whereas as low setting is perfect for a cardio workout, flipping the switch to a higher setting will give you resistance needed to get a proper strength training session – all from the same machine.
