| I am trying to send emails to a folder that has over 100 addresses, and it is sending them all back, saying that the email failed permanently. I am sending them out with no to address, but all of them in the bcc section. Could that be the problem? Am I sending too many at a time? If so, what can be done to up the limit? Wouldn't some of them send then and not others? All of them are failing...

| I am running Ubuntu that has Evolution Mail client on it and I can't send anything! Sometimes I can but then I can't. I think that google thinks I'm sending out spam but I'm not. I have to send emails out to a lot of people. Can someone help me with this..?? Is there a way to say that your not a spammer? Just don't want this problem to continue thanks.

| So I've read tons of articles on googles sending limitations, but still feel that the write up needs to be much more detailed. I'm wondering about POP and IMAP business premiere user specific accounts. From my understanding, I can send 100 emails per 24 hours. However, here are some follow up questions that need clarification:
1) What is the per minute, per second, per hour sending limitation for both web and IMAP/POP?
2) Is that 100 email limitation for the same content only?
3) Are the 100 emails really meaning 100 unique users, but you can email them multiple times in one 24 hour period? If yes, how many times can you email them?
4) Will whitelisting change any of this?

| When I reply to Email received, I get a pop-up that says my own Email address is incorrect. It is the same address that I use to sign in to my account and works to compose and send new Emails. Why can I not use the reply and send buttons?

| I was typing a rather long e-mail when I accidentally touched something and my message disappeared. It said it autosaved but I can't find it. Where did it go? It is not in drafts, and I've searched every way I can think of.

| I am using gmail for a class reunion response central email. I am trying to send an email to all 91 people but keep getting a pop up that says something is wrong with some of the addresses and I will have to check them before sending. How do I check all of these or know weather they are right or wrong? Is there a way to send them all and get a message back on the ones that were undeliverable?

| Somehow someone accessed my email and sent out spam to everyone I have ever communicated with through my gmail account. They also wiped out my address book/contacts list. Everything else is still there and my password has not been changed. Can someone tell me how they did this, how I can prevent it from happening again, and how I can find out who did it so I can pursue further action? Thank you.

| When I send and email to an address that is listed under "send mail as:" in the settings (lets call it address 2), the email shows up as new in my inbox (address 1's inbox). Also, when I reply to a message from address 2, the address "to" address is address 1 when the email came from address 2 and therefore the "to" address should be address 2. Any ideas?

| I have set up to email a group using the contacts and adding them into a group.
When I go to email them, they are denied. When I manually go in and delete the names associated with these and the parenthesis, it will send.
How can I send a group email? without this happening?

| On May 6 I sent an email from my Gmail account to a friend who also has a Gmail account. Apparently it just popped up in his Inbox yesterday - 15 days later. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I checked around and I haven't seen any other reports of delays this severe.

I often have to send messages to clients wherein I reference sentences from one or more past emails. In outlook it's very easy to attach messages (simply drag n' drop) but I have yet to discover this feature in gmail. Is it possible and if so how? Or is this a feature still to be added?

| Multiple senders could compose an e-mail together. I would call it shared composing and it will function like document sharing in gDocs. Message will stay in Outbox (or a special folder) until all senders have clicked Send. Another addition would be multiple From:-s in header, but I don't know if it is allowed in standard (if not possible, initiator will be real From:). I miss it in office work, there is often need to discuss an outgoing e-mail with colleague.

| Hi, Actually I need to send mails to my coustomer and my vendors about some of my products. Now the problem is that I have to send them indiviual mails as I dont want to disclose my contacts to every one. Since they are huge in number have certain questions: 1) Can a send a single mail in such a way that all the recipients can see only there email address in 'To'. 2) If I have to send all these mails one by one then can there be any kind of problem regarding privacy of gmail, that they can block my account or put me in spamer's list... or so. I have received a 550 error Administrative Prohibition from the receiver's mail server. I have been trying to send emails via Gmail online. When I looked up the error message, it stated that the error message means that the receiving party has gmail.com on a SPAM blacklist. Any way to fix this problem?
