| I have a calendar setup in "other calendars" which is an iCal feed by URL. I would like to automatically (i.e., continually updated without me doing anything) copy events from this 2nd calendar to my main calendar ("my calendar"). I understand that there are ways to do it manually by event, and ways to do it manually for all events through the import/export feature, but I am looking for a way to "set and forget" I am syncing Outlook, it is setup to sync automatically, but it will only sync to my main calendar. I would like its calendar to contain all events from my fed-in URL calendar as well. I also have another calendar (not a URL-fed calendar) that I'd like to do the same for. Thanks for your help

| My appointments rarely begin before 9 AM, or last beyond 10 PM. If I limit the hours shown on the calendar to that span, I would be able to see more of the calendar at a glance rather than by scrolling down. (A similar question was already posed and answered, but it had to do with setting the time of an event; I'm interested in having a calendar that starts at 9 AM and ends at 10 PM, rather than the current 1 AM to 11 PM.)

| I've been using Google Calendar and Tasks for a couple of days. For the most part, I like them. They seem pretty well thought out. However, I do have a few feature requests. 1. When I create a task, I want to be able to drag it into the calendar when I'm ready to work on it, thus creating a new event at a specific day and time. The new event could default to one hour, and I could then resize it, if need be. 2. I would like to be able to specify multiple SMS phone numbers. Rather than one global one, I would like at least one per calendar. 3. The ability to specify multiple email addresses for email reminders seems like a no-brainer feature. I've seen multiple posts requesting this same feature. Trying to do it by inviting people to the event is a clunky and time-consuming way to work-around this simple use case: I have three email addresses that I use regularly at different times depending on where I am (home, job 1, or job 2). I would like to send a reminder for my 'pick up prescription' event to all three email addresses so I'll get the reminder regardless of where I am. SMS is an alternative for this specific use case, but my cell phone doesn't usually work inside the hospital. Also, my calendar is shared by my family and sometimes I'd like to send email reminders to my family members too.

| The Tasks option in Calendar is great, but 1 missing feature is the ability to set a task to repeat. The idea being that if you have a task that you have to perform every weekday, you can check it off each day that it's completed.
There should be 2 types of repeatable events. 1 being a repeatable event that persists if you haven't checked it (i.e. - I skip Monday, so the Monday and Tuesday tasks would still be due), and the 2nd type would be events that don't persist (you miss it, no-harm-no-foul, it just reflects as uncompleted)

| Calendar wont let me select time for event

| Hello,
I work with IT for a school in California. One of users came up with an issue the other day. The user cannot select a time when creating an event under Google Calendar. When the user clicks on the calendar or the time boxes when creating the event, the list of options displays for probably 1 second and disappears. The problem only happens under his account. Any ideas? is there an option under settings for this?

| my carrier is at&t and there are no blocks on my phone to receive txt msgs. i keep going to the calendar settings tab and have tried two different mobile ph #s. no drop down menu appears and no txt msg is sent to either # so i have no verification code to enter. called at&t and they were not very helpful. this is very frustrating!!

| 404 error when accessing via CalDAV

I'm getting a 404 Not Found page back when I try to load the CalDAV URL of my calendar:
https://www.google.com/calendar/dav/userid@whatever.com/events
It's a very "sparse" error message, in fact, here's the whole page source:

I had my custom view set to 3 weeks, but when I click on the print button, it shows 2 weeks per page.
Last time (2 weeks ago?) I printed, everything worked fine. I tried 4 weeks custom view, but still print preview shows only 2 weeks.
I'm using Firefox 3.0.10 on Windows XP SP2.

| Hello.
I used to use a seperate Google Calendar under my email address danny{AT} danny flounders{DOT} com.
Since then I have singed up for Google Apps, which was registered under the same email address.
Now the old calendar is non-operational, it points to my new one, however I still recieve notification emails from the old one every day and I don't know how to shut it down.

it would allow you to view/print up to your date of choice and either
omitting blank days or advising nothing entered, is this possible? As

| I am trying to share a calendar with select users but only give them access to see events, so I selected "see all event details", but then all they see is a month of time and the events show up only as busy. It is not until i give them access so they can "make changes to events" do they see the whole calendar.

| I can't get to Google Calendar at all, whether signed in or not, the page cannot be found. On my iPhone I can still access it though. The problem seems to have started around the time that I set up stuff on my iGoogle page, if I try to log out of iGoogle it says that a service is signed in on the google.com domain and I can't log out properly. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

| If a secondary calendar gets deleted, will guests be notified of the deletion of the events, that were in that specific calendar?The thing is, I have a secondary calendar with a lot of events that hold lots of non-gmail-users (Outlook) as guests, and I just wanted to make sure that gCalendar doesn´t go ahead and notify each and every one of the outlook-users of the deletion. Sure, I could delete every appointment and choose to delete it without notification, but it would be easier just to delete the whole secondary calendar right away.

| I am married to Palm OS because of the calendar. I use Datebk6, which is an amazing calendar replacement. One thing that I can do is to template an event that occurs many times, for example, a day in the operating room, and then click on the template link to put the event into any date in the calendar without having to retype everything. Is there anything like that with Google Calendar? I just don't see anything in the interface that makes recurring irregular events easy to put in there.
